Personal Training:  
     
 

Need a little push in the right direction? Our team of certified personal trainers are here to assist you in reaching and exceeding  your fitness goals. Each workout will be challenging and unique so you don't get bored with your program. The same routine over and over again is an easy way for your body to plateau and stop becoming more fit.

As the old saying goes "same workout same body" our trainers will ensure this does not happen to you. Whether you work with a trainer a few times a week or once in awhile changing your routine will only help your your workout become more efficient and more interesting.

   
 
Buddy Workouts:  
     
 

This recently added program allows two friends to workout and motivate one another with the guidance of a certified personal trainer. All buddy workouts are ONE HOUR minutes long and our trainer will guide you through a high intensity calorie burning workout.

You will be pushed trough all aspects of the workout including resistance training, stretching and flexibility work, core strengthening in addition to cardio work. This workout is a fun and cost efficient way to reach new levels of fitness, all while challenging yourself with your friend.

Buddy Workouts are $75/Appointment or 10 for $700

   
 
Small Group:  
     
 

Have a few friends that want to workout together? Here at T.O.N.L. Fitness we have put together a workout where you can save money while getting expert advice and guidance from one of our highly trained Personal Trainers. This workout similar to the buddy workout just with more people allows a group of people ( from 3-5) stay motivated towards reaching there fitness goals.

A sample of this would be everyone starts out on a piece of cardio than to the mats for some stretching and core strengthening, followed by alternating depending on the amount of people between cardio work and resistance training. This program is sure to keep all looking forward to there next workout.
 

   
 
Kids Fitness:  
     
 

Childhood obesity is currently a major problem in the U.S. Each year a higher percentage of our youth is considered overweight. Here at T.O.N.L. fitness we recognize the problem and want to help.

The most important thing to do in regards to kids and exercise is make it fun so they want to come back. Our kids fitness program is just that, it doesn't just burn calories it's also fun making your child look forward to his/her next workout.

   
 
Boot Camp:  
     
 

Coming soon, the newest workout craze "Traveling Boot Camp". This spring we will be offering a boot camp workout through different outdoor spots in area.
