Since the beginning of 2006 Leslie has been improving the fitness levels of T.O.N.L. members. As a longtime runner she knew helping others achieve higher levels of fitness was a new goal for her. This is her background.

   
 

- ACE certified personal trainer
- CPR/AED Certified
- An aerobic instructor for 5 years
- A student of Yoga for 5 years
- Completed 3 marathons
- An experienced 10 and 5k run competitor
- Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin
- Continuing Education courses include:
     - Stability training
     - Exercise
     - Older adults
     - etc

 

James Walker

 
     
 

Here is a brief bio about James Walker
Since 1997 James has been training people in many different clubs and at homes. Since purchasing T.O.N.L. Fitness in 2005 he has been training exclusively here. Fitness has been a part of his life forever and he looks forward to making it part of yours. This is his background.

   
 

- Certified for over 10 years through ISS
- A member of IDEA for 3 year
- Received a Bachelors degree from SUNY Farmingdale
     Course of study including:
          anatomy
          physiology
          nutrition
- An experienced athlete and baseball coach
- Experienced with clients of varying age: from 12 to 80
- CPR/AED Certified
- Continuing Education courses include:
          Golf Conditioning
          Stability Ball Training
          Plyometric Training
          etc.

 

Alison Murray

 
     
 

Here is a brief bio about Alison Murray
Alison has been helping individuals improve there health since 2005. Her clients range in age from 14-75. Since the beginning of 2009 she has been helping T.O.N.L. members get fit. She looks forward to adding you to the list of people she’s encouraged to improve their life with fitness.

Kurt Schumacher

 
     
 

Here is a brief bio about Kurt Schumacher
Since joining the marine corps out of high school, Kurt has maintained a high level of fitness. The demanding physicality of the military inspired Kurt to gain more knowledge in fitness. We’re proud to have this veteran here at T.O.N.L. Fitness.

Dennis has been a competitive runner and tri-athlete for over 20 years. For the last 10 years he has been sharing that passion for fitness with people of all ages in many different clubs and homes throughout long island. Dennis is now offering his experience here at T.O.N.L. Fitness.
